Coverage: Shmaplex provides a limited warranty on repairs conducted through our Fingerboard Repair Service. The warranty covers the specific repairs completed by our team.

Duration: The warranty period is valid for 30 days from the date of repair completion.

What's Covered:

• The specific repairs mentioned in the invoice.
• Any issues arising directly from the completed repairs.

What's Not Covered:

• Damage unrelated to the conducted repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents or misuse.

Claim Process:

1. Contact Shmaplex Support (team@shmaplex.com) with your repair invoice.
2. Our team will assess the claim and determine eligibility.
3. Approved claims will be addressed promptly.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original repair conducted by Shmaplex. Please keep your repair invoice as proof of service.
